Voice cloning

Give your screening agent your own voice

Scout Team

Candidates remember a voice

A screening call is often a candidate’s first real conversation with your company. When the agent speaks in the voice of someone on your team, the call sounds like you, not like a generic assistant, and the candidate who later meets that recruiter hears someone they already know.

Cloning takes about a minute

  • Pick the language you will read in: 30 are supported, from English and Hindi to Arabic, Spanish and Japanese.
  • Read a short passage, about twenty seconds. The text follows along as you speak, so you never lose your place.
  • Say one consent line, word for word, confirming the voice is yours to use.
  • Name the voice. It joins My voices, ready for any agent to use.

You can listen back and re-record as often as you like, and a level check tells you if the microphone is too quiet before you send anything.

Consent is built in, not bolted on

Google verifies the consent line against the recording before the voice is built, and the passage you read is fresh every time, so an old recording of someone else cannot be reused. Only the person whose voice it is, or someone with their permission, can create it, and every cloned voice shows that its consent was verified.

Where it helps most

Brand-led employers, recruiters who hire in their own community, and agencies placing people for a named client all get more from a familiar voice. A workspace can keep up to five cloned voices, so each team or market can have its own.

Conclusion

A cloned voice takes a minute to make and turns every screening call into one that sounds like your team, in the candidate’s own language.
