Will candidates know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Every Scout agent says it is an AI at the start of the call and asks before it records. That opening is built into every agent, so none can skip it.

Does Scout decide who gets hired?

No. Scout never rejects a candidate on its own. It asks your questions, scores each call with notes and flags answers for review; your recruiters decide who moves forward.

Which languages can the agents screen in?

More than 65, including Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Set the language for an agent, or let it detect the candidate’s language on its own.

Which applicant tracking systems does Scout work with?

Scout has multiple ATS integrations available, including Greenhouse, Workable, BambooHR and Zoho Recruit, with more on the way. Connect once and your jobs sync straight in.

How does pricing work?

Start with 20 free minutes, no card. Then pay as you go from ₹11.5 a minute at the launch rate (until 31 March 2027, kept for 12 months), or take a plan from ₹4,999 a month: a plan is the same amount in calling credit at a lower rate. Only calls that connect are charged, and prices exclude GST.

How quickly can our team get started?

Start from a ready-made agent, or describe your own in Agent Studio in about ten minutes. Connect your ATS, try the agent in your browser, and it is ready to call.

What is the Scout pilot, and who can join?

500 minutes of Scout on your live roles, free, with everything in the Growth plan and our team setting it up with you. It is open to recruiting teams and staffing agencies in any country, with at least one live role. In return we ask for your feedback during the pilot and, if Scout works for you, a short written testimonial at the end. Applications close on 20 November 2026; apply from any pilot button on this site and we reply within two working days.
