One phone number for the whole hiring conversation

Candidates answer numbers they recognise
A hiring process can mean several calls: a screen, then a call about interview times, then a check-in on an offer. If each one comes from a different number, candidates stop picking up, and the ones who call back cannot tell who they are calling.
A number of your own
In Scout you search the available numbers for your country, pick one and buy it for your workspace. Your agents call from that number, not from a shared pool that other companies use too.
One number per workflow
Attach the number to a workflow and every agent in it dials from the same number. A candidate who was screened by one agent and later called about interview times by another sees the same caller ID both times.
- Each workflow uses exactly one number, so the caller ID is always predictable.
- Move a number to another workflow when your hiring changes; the old workflow simply lets it go.
- Detach it at any time without losing the number from your workspace.
Conclusion
Pick-up rates depend on trust. One recognisable number for the whole process is a small change that gets more candidates to answer.
