ResultYou get a reference and a reply by email to your account’s address.
Scout adds the page you were on and your workspace for you, so you don’t need to say which call or job you mean when you send it from that page.
What to include#
- What you did, step by step.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The exact message Scout showed, or a screenshot of it.
- The job, candidate or call it’s about, if you aren’t sending from that page.
Report a problem with one call#
Under a call’s review in Screening calls, How was this call? lets you give a thumbs up or down. On a thumbs down, choose What went wrong?, such as talking over the candidate or a wrong score, add a note if you like, and click Send. The Scout team looks at the call. See Review a screening call.
Without an account#
If you can’t sign in, or don’t have a Scout account yet, write to the team from the contact page. For sign-in trouble, check Sign-in and access problems first.
